Who are you?

Targeting Texas is a division of Texas Auto Marketing.  We've been helping dealers sell online since 1997 when we launched the first auto dealer directory in Texas, dfwAutoDealers.com and the first automotive portal, dfwAutoNet.com.  We expanded our reach to the state of Texas in 2005 with TexasAutoDealers.com and the Texas Automotive Network with a hundred lead-generating websites in thirteen major Texas markets.  Our offices are located at 2001 E Loop 820 S, Fort Worth, TX 76112.

Why so cheap?

Internet marketing is most cost-effective form of advertising...for you and us.  It doesn't cost $20 to develop a new car lead (and then sell it to multiple dealers).  You can reach thousands, even millions, of people on the Internet for just pennies.  We don't fault other companies for making huge profits on autodealers.  Our goal was to level the playing field...to provide simple powerful affordable alternatives to the high-priced providers...so any dealer, regardless of size, could take advantage of the tools and technology of the Internet.

What if it doesn't help me?

We don't believe that's possible, but that's why we made our services month-to-month with no long-term contract and no obligation to continue.

You should see immediate results.  Our websites have been up and running for over three years and in most cases rank number one on Google Yahoo and MSN.  We get thousands of visitors a month...people who probably don't know you or your cars exist.

We hope you give it at least 90 days, but if you're not satisfied (for any reason) you can cancel the service anytime.

How long does it take to get started?

It depends on the services, but everything should be up and running within two weeks.  We occasionally run into delays with third-party providers, like Dealer Specialties, but two weeks is generally sufficient to work through the delays.  We don't begin until the agreement is signed and the setup fee is paid, so the quicker you get them to us, the faster we can get started working on your account.  We try to have your online classifieds up and running within 48 hours.  Websites, and other creative services, take a little longer.  Nothing is launched without your approval, so the more information we have about your design preferences, the quicker our creative staff can proceed.  Re-work is time-consuming, so please give some thought to your preferences before submitting the form.

Is my monthly fee subject to change?

All of our services are month-to-month and subject to change, but your fees are "locked-in" when you sign up.  Your monthly service fees will never go up as long as your account remains active and current.  See our Dealer Agreement for the terms and conditions relating to cancellation or termination.

Additional fees: In some cases additional fees are required.  You get 60 minutes of changes a month at no additional charge.  If you need more, it's $75 an hour for creative services with a one hour minimum.  We're very flexible and easy to work with...if you have questions, just call us.

Why do I have to pay a setup fee?

There are lots of ways to structure pricing.  A lot of dealers (especially small independent dealers, but even some New Car dealers) are still unaware of the tremendous potential of the Internet.  Almost every dealer has some kind of website, but a website without webmarketing is like a car without an engine...it might look good, but it won't get you very far.

The setup fee allows us to cover our upfront costs and offer lower monthly fees.  By keeping our services simple, powerful, and affordable, we hope more dealers will be able to experience the full-impact of the Internet.  We felt it was more beneficial to have smaller monthly fees, so any dealer could afford to take advantage of the Internet to help them sell more cars online.
